Monday 23rd March 

Wow! Thank you to everyone who has emailed work over to the teachers today. We have had some lovely messages and some fantastic work. It has put a big smile on our faces seeing you enjoy the activities. 

The handwriting and presentation of work has been fantastic and we have learnt a lot about Ayers Rock from your facts. 

Remember, when you are taking part in math activities, try to use the methods we use at school. This will give you a greater understanding of number. We have also added some examples of the methods we use at school at the top of this page. 

We look forward to receiving your work again tomorrow. 

 

Tuesday 24th March 

A huge thank you to everyone who has been busy working at home today. You are doing a fantastic job! We have enjoyed looking through all of your work.

It has been great to see you learning lots more facts about famous places in Australia.

Just another reminder that when you are taking part in math activities, try to use the methods we use at school.

Wednesday 25th March

A massive thank you for all of the work we have been sent today.

Well done Year 2! The teachers have loved looking at your work, you are all working very hard.

We have loved to see the wonderful art work which has been created, inspired by the Australian Kookaburra. Below are some examples from children in each class.

Remember to have a look at your classes blog on Purple Mash! All information and instructions were on this morning's parent mail. This is a nice way for each class to communicate with their friends.

Thursday 26th March

Well done Year 2! We are really impressed with the quality of work that we are being sent. The teachers all think that you are doing an excellent job learning at home. You are keeping your work well presented and you are remembering to use all the skills you have learnt so far. 

Thank you to those children who have written on our class blog's. It is nice to hear what you have all been up to. 

Keep up the good work tomorrow! It's nearly the weekend.
