Feedback and Pupil's Fantastic Work

Friday 26th February

Happy Friday everyone!

A huge well done for completing another fantastic week of homeschooling.

We really enjoyed reading and watching you retelling the story of 'How the Turtle got its shell' in your own words. Take a look at the photos and videos below.

Well done for watching the White Rose video and completing the worksheet on interpreting pictograms.

We hope you enjoyed watching Mrs Coombe's music video. It was lovely to see pictures of some of you dancing along smiley

Have a lovely weekend.

Thursday 25th February

Fantastic work Year 2, we have been super impressed!

All of you have done a fantastic job of reading Tiddlick the Frog story and completing the worksheet about what you think the animals would say. We were pleased to hear that lots of you enjoyed the story.

In maths it was good to see lots of you confidentially answering the White Rose pictogram worksheet, well done!

You have all done a super job of producing dot patterns in the style of Aborigine art to make bookmarks. We have really enjoyed looking at them all smiley

Have a lovely evening everyone.

Wednesday 24th February

Happy Wednesday everyone smiley

You have all done a super job of writing the story in your own words. We have been particularly impressed with your use of full stops and capital letters.

We hope you all enjoyed watching the video about how to create tally charts. We have been very impressed with the data you have collected and recorded. A huge well done to those children who have also completed the challenge of creating a pictogram.

Well done for completing today's computing task. We received some lovely pictures of you rolling the dice and recording your data. It was lovely to hear that some of you asked different members of your family what their favourite foods are and recorded your findings. One child even managed to ask their family members in Hong Kong what their favourite foods are. How amazing is that? It is great to see you involving your family from all around the world in your school activities.

We hope you have all enjoyed the little bit of sunshine we have had today.

Have a nice evening.

Well done everybody for all of your hard work today.

We have been very impressed with your comprehension work, well done! We hope that you enjoyed the Australian Dreamtime story.

In maths, you all did a great job of learning about the census and collecting data. We enjoyed looking at all of the data you collected about three different households you know.

You all tried very hard with today's spelling and grammar tasks! We hope that you all enjoyed learning the spelling words and writing them under the correct picture. Also a huge well done for finding the sentences which show the past progressive tense.

We hope you all have a lovely evening.
