TAG Rugby Club is held on Tuesdays after school from 3:30-4:30 on the school field with Mr Leech. Sessions cover the basics of rugby (including skills such as running, passing, catching and spatial awareness) moving towards the more complex, tactical side of TAG rugby. TAG rugby is a fun way to introduce children to the sport and is great for teamwork and communication skills. 

Week 1

This week, we focused on running with the ball correctly, placement of the ball to score a try and the art of tagging! To finish, we had a short match to look at our attacking and defending considering some of the more complex offside rules in TAG Rugby.
